Roger Leigh (1925-1997)
Roger Leigh an abstract sculptor working mainly in wood. He was born in Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire. From 1947-52 he studied architecture at Liverpool University. During 1953-54 Leigh worked as a studio assistant to Barbara Hepworth in St. Ives becoming a member of the Penwith Society of Arts.
